Disconnect or Offline

Please use the following methods to troubleshoot.

Please plug the camera into the router directly to see if it can be connected normally once the camera disconnected in wifi condition.

If the camera will be not on line after inserting the network cable, it may be caused by the SD card.You need reinstall SD card and format.

If the camera will be on line after inserting the network cable, it should be the problem of the WIFI module. Please contact amazon for a replacement.
