my camera can not connected to my hotspot.

my camera was connected to my hotspot. Somehow It was disconnected and we are having troubles to re-connect it. It doesn’t see hotspot on wifi- setting section. I tried on mobile app and web browser. It just shows few ssid of all ssid that i see on my computer. 

1.Please reset your camera.
